As per the Medical Record Retention Law of Ananthapuri Hospital and as part of the medical record digitization process, the paper medical records pertaining to MRD Nos. 200000 to 300000, registered from September 2013 to March 2017, will be destroyed as per the retention procedure, and it is hereby informed that the treatment records of the concerned patients will be scanned, digitized, and preserved as electronic data.
