Dr A Marthanda Pillai for the prestigious “ Dr. B C Roy National award” by the Medical Council of India, for his outstanding service in the field of socio medical relief.
Dr. N R Madhava Menon, who occupies several prestigious positions in legal academic bodies and recently been honoured by the Chief Justice of India on behalf of Supreme Court for his contribution to development of constitutional law in India.

Ananthapuri Hospitals observed a major milestone with the opening of the new Paediatric - Neonatal ICU complex which added on to the existing facility with the addition of 12 bedded Peadiatric ICU, 18 bedded Neonatal ICU along with 20 suite rooms. The official inauguration was announced by hospital chairman Dr A Marthanda Pillai and ribbon cutting ceremony by our senior Paediatrician, Prof. Dr. Noel Narayanan. Our ICU complex is a state- of-the-art facility which boasts of dedicated Paediatric and Neonatal ventilators including High Frequency ventilator, Non Invasive ventilation equipments like High flow system, CPAP's and Bi PAP's , LED Phototherapy units, Portable Ultrasound and X Ray. The ICU also offers advanced critical care facilities with PALS trained nurses and 24x7 coverage with Paediatricians and Neonatologist.

THE CENTRE FOR THE TRAINING IS AT ANANTHAPURI HOSPITALS & RESEARCH INSTITUTE, TRIVANDRUM. THIS IS THE SECOND CENTRE IN INDIA FOR THE MRCGP (INTERNATIONAL), THE FIRST BEING IN CHENNAI.
